Most businesses have an aspect of their operation which does not easily fit into utility software or off the shelf packages.  We are often asked to integrate systems using simple scripts to automate the interchange of information.  By using standards compliant systems such as XML and CSV we can easily move data from one package to another and avoid the delays and mistakes that creep in when it is done by hand.
