MS Vista has finally launched after 5 years development from Microsoft.

Do you need it?  Probably not.
Are you going to get it?  Probably.

Vista comes with some wonderful new features and some terrible drawbacks.  Unless you really need some aspect of Vista's facilities we recommend waiting a while before implementing.  The problem comes when you replace hardware and it comes with Vista pre-installed.  In the good old days you could install your previous operating system covered by the license for your new one but now, with internet registration required, you can't do that.

Think long and hard which OS to order with new PCs.
